What are limiting beliefs and how do we develop them?
Limiting beliefs are deeply ingrained negative ideas & beliefs. Our subconscious stores these beliefs as pieces of 'computer coding.'

AKA, the programming that dictates your conscious thoughts & decisions.

One of our subconscious' primary goals is to keep us safe– it wants to avoid pain at all costs.

So, when a limiting belief like, "I'm not qualified enough," serves as our baseline coding... it will seek to prove that belief true & prevent you from perceived failure. We won't take the necessary action to achieve our desires.

What if I can’t be hypnotized?
Anyone can be hypnotized. In fact, you enter a state of hypnosis every day– 20 minutes after waking up & 20 minutes before falling asleep.

Hypnosis is an organic process that occurs whenever you enter the theta brain wave state. For example, when watching TV, reading a good book, and daydreaming.
