Membership Agreement & Terms of Service
The Master Your Mind Hypnosis Portal
Effective Date: April 29th, 2026.

This Membership Agreement and Terms of Service ("Terms") is entered into between Addison Bowen LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("Member," "you," or "your").

By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or using the Master Your Mind Hypnosis Portal ("Program," "Portal," or "Membership"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Program.

1. Definitions
"Content" means all hypnosis audios, bundles, masterclasses, resources, materials, and other digital content available in the Portal.

"Commitment Period" means the initial three (3) month period for monthly memberships.

"Portal" means the Heartbeat-hosted platform providing access to the Program.

2. Membership and Billing
The Program is a recurring digital membership offering immediate access to hypnosis-based subconscious reprogramming content for personal development.

Monthly Option: $67 per month (plus applicable taxes). You commit to a minimum of three (3) monthly payments. Billing occurs automatically on the same date each month using the payment method on file.

Annual Option: $704 paid upfront (saves approximately $100; locks in the rate for 12 months).

After the initial Commitment Period (or annual term), the Membership automatically renews on a month-to-month basis at the then-current rate unless you cancel.

You authorize recurring charges and are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. We may update your payment method through our processor. Price changes will be communicated in advance; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

We will provide clear and conspicuous notice of upcoming renewals as required by Utah law (typically 30–60 days prior for qualifying automatic renewals), including the renewal date, amount, and cancellation options.

3. Access and Delivery
Upon successful purchase and payment processing, you receive immediate access to the Portal and all then-available Content via the Heartbeat platform.

Due to the immediate and digital nature of the Program, access constitutes full delivery and performance of the services. You acknowledge that the Program is fully delivered upon granting access, and no future performance beyond ongoing access during an active paid Membership is promised.

4. Cancellation Policy
3-Day Cancellation Window: You may cancel within three (3) days of initial purchase by emailing assistant@itsaddisonbowen.com. Cancellation within this window releases you from the 3-month Commitment Period (or annual obligation if applicable), but no refunds will be issued for any amounts already paid. Access continues through the end of any paid period.

After the 3-Day Window: During the initial Commitment Period, you remain financially responsible for all three monthly payments (or the full annual amount).

Post-Commitment (Month-to-Month): You may cancel at any time by emailing assistant@itsaddisonbowen.com or using any in-portal cancellation mechanism.

Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing date to avoid the upcoming charge. Access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
We aim to make cancellation as simple as enrollment. Cancellation does not relieve you of any outstanding financial obligations.

5. Refund Policy
Except for the limited 3-day cancellation window described above (which releases the commitment but provides no refund), all purchases are final.

Due to the immediate digital delivery and nature of the Program, no refunds, pro-rated credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including partial use or dissatisfaction.

6. Late Payments and Failed Payments
If a payment is declined or fails, we will notify you and provide fourteen (14) days to update your payment information and bring the account current. If payment is not received:
Access to the Portal may be suspended or revoked immediately.
You remain responsible for the full financial obligation under the Commitment Period or any outstanding amounts.

We reserve the right to pursue collection, including through third-party agencies, and you agree to pay any associated fees or costs permitted by law.

Repeated failed payments may result in permanent termination.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By enrolling, you agree not to initiate any chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider for amounts properly owed under these Terms. Any such action constitutes a material breach.

In the event of a chargeback or dispute:

You remain liable for the full amount owed, plus any fees or costs we incur (including collection and legal fees).

Access will be immediately suspended or revoked.

We may pursue recovery through all available legal means.

If you experience any billing issue, contact us first at assistant@itsaddisonbowen.com to seek resolution.

8. Intellectual Property
All Content is owned by the Company and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your own personal development during your active paid Membership.

You may not copy, download (except where expressly permitted in the Portal), reproduce, distribute, share, modify, create derivative works, sell, or use any Content for commercial purposes or to train others. Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination, legal action, and pursuit of damages.

Any feedback, suggestions, or custom audio requests you submit become the Company's property.
9. Health, Safety, and Personal Responsibility Disclaimer
The Program uses hypnosis and guided audio as self-help tools for subconscious reprogramming and personal development. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or clinical treatment, and we do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, disorder, or condition.
Hypnosis involves a focused, relaxed state where you remain fully aware and in control at all times. Do not listen while driving, operating machinery, or engaging in any activity requiring full attention.

By participating, you confirm you are in suitable mental and physical condition for this type of content. If you have any history of mental health concerns (including but not limited to epilepsy, psychosis, severe anxiety, trauma, or dissociative disorders), are under professional care, or have other health conditions, you must consult a licensed healthcare provider before use and obtain clearance.

You agree not to consume alcohol or recreational drugs before or during listening sessions. You assume all risks associated with participation and are solely responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Results vary widely based on individual factors.

10. No Guarantees or Results Disclaimer
We make no guarantees of any specific results, outcomes, or benefits (financial, personal, relational, business, or otherwise). Testimonials and examples on our sales page reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed.

Most participants see cumulative benefits over consistent use (60–90 days recommended), but many experience little to no change if they do not maintain consistency or take aligned action.

Success depends on your individual effort, consistency (recommended 15–20 minutes daily initially), mindset, external circumstances, and actions taken outside the Program. Any results shared are for illustrative purposes only. Your results will vary and are not guaranteed.

11. User Conduct
You agree to use the Program responsibly and not for any unlawful purpose. You will not harass, abuse, or engage in harmful behavior toward the Company or other members (if community features exist).

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for non-payment, breach of these Terms, abusive conduct, or at our discretion (with notice where required by law). Upon termination, you lose access to the Portal, but remain responsible for any unpaid amounts.

Sections surviving termination (e.g., IP, liability, indemnification) continue in effect.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Utah law, the Company, its owners, officers, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Program.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding any claim.

14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its representatives from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Content, or breach of applicable laws.

15. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith communication. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Salt Lake County, Utah, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (or similar), on an individual basis. You waive any right to class actions or jury trials to the extent permitted by law.

16. Miscellaneous
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.

Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.

Entire Agreement: These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy) constitute the full agreement.

Changes: We may update these Terms with notice (via email or in the Portal). Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Electronic Communications: Emails and in-Portal notices are valid.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it.

Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
