Terms and Conditions for The Master Your Mind Hypnosis Portal
By enrolling in The Master Your Mind Hypnosis Portal, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Membership Terms
This is a recurring membership program with a minimum commitment of twelve (12) months, designed to support meaningful shifts through subconscious reprogramming.
The membership fee is $50/month, billed automatically to your payment method on file for the first 12 months.
After the initial 12-month period, your membership transitions to a month-to-month subscription that continues unless canceled.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is current to avoid any interruptions in service.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership within three (3) days of joining by emailing assistant@itsaddisonbowen.com.
No refunds will be issued for the initial payment.
If canceled within this 3-day window, you will not be held to the 12-month commitment.
After the 3-day enrollment period, all members are bound to the full 12-month contract.
After completing the initial 12-month commitment, you may cancel your membership at any time by emailing assistant@itsaddisonbowen.com.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
No refunds will be issued for payments already processed. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
Refund Policy
The Program is offered as is. All purchases are final sale.
No refunds will be issued for any reason.
Late Payment & Collections
If your payment method is declined, you will be notified and given 14 days (2 weeks) to satisfy the balance owed.
If payment is not received within this period, your access to the Portal will be terminated immediately. Termination does not cancel your financial obligation.
If you fail to make one payment and refuse to communicate or make arrangements, your account will be sent to collections.
You will be responsible for the entire remaining balance of your 12-month contract (e.g., $600 total or whatever remains on your account).
Company reserves the right to pursue any outstanding balances owed to the fullest extent of the law, including through a debt collection agency.
Access to the membership portal is revoked immediately upon failed payment and will only be reinstated once payment is successfully received.
Health Disclaimer
By participating in this program, you affirm that you are in good health and able to engage in hypnosis activities.
Hypnotherapy is not medically supervised. If you have any concerns about your mental or physical health, consult with a licensed medical or mental health professional before participating.
Recreational drug use is strictly prohibited before or during hypnosis sessions.
